Dear T-Sam Apologies

Dear T-Sam Apologies for dragging you into an onoging dispute. Please feel free to delete my comment if you care to (note one of the um McNWers has already sent me a few threatening, paranoid email messages because of it I suspect he's flooding his little gang of druggies with similar lies (maybe sent to you as well ) .Congrats again on your art (the real intent of my comments ) by Ryan posted on Tuesday, October 20, 2015

there is no need to

there is no need to alter a good tile job to install urieftxs like a shower rod. there are very strong tension bars (sort of like a TP roll, but MUCH stronger) with rubber ends (like rubber feet on a stool) that hold fast to the wall, but don't affect the tile AT ALL for sale. i had one in my last bathroom, and it never fell or even moved. it was a full inch in diameter and looked neat and tidy and very permanent with rings and a curtain. if you drill holes (a how to book on tiling could give you step by step instructions) you do risk breaking the tile, or allowing moisture to seep behind the tile. the screws may loosen over time, making the bar something you (or someone else) may need to replace in time. but for any kind of do it yourself problem see the site below http://dbsqymbb.com cpiuvuk [link=http://gjwspuopqz.com]gjwspuopqz[/link] by MariJesu posted on Thursday, October 22, 2015

You have two issues

You have two issues to solve here. First, you need inuarsnce on a property that is vacant for up to nine months per year. Second, you don't live in the same country as the property. An inuarsnce company will not typically issue a Landlord Protection policy on a property that is going to be vacant for more than 30 days. The risk is too high on vacant properties as they are targets for vandalism. The non-country issue is not as big a deal, but can make it harder to get things done.My recommendation is to find a rental property management company in that area, and ask them how they deal with this issue. They may be in contact with a company that insures these types of risks. I would start there.I wish I could offer more, but I'm not licensed in Canada, and I'm not fully informed of their guidelines. I imagine that someone insures these risks, so just ask people who are in a similar position to yours.Good luck! by Ekaterina posted on Friday, October 23, 2015

1d6Oh wow!!! I can't

1d6Oh wow!!! I can't wait to see the result and foollw the whole process! You really inspired me, but we just painted our livingroom in a Pebble colour today and now I wished we would have done it in light blue instead as it would look so nice against the dark wooden floor and the creamy white skirting boards .My husband would go mad if I even mention another colour now when the paint downstairs still is wet :) http://zzpnsxigjg.com plzlmhhjo [link=http://dmogigta.com]dmogigta[/link] by Lawrence posted on Sunday, October 25, 2015

I have been debating

I have been debating this exact same qeiutson. I decided to put the flooring on the entire floor then place the cabinetry on top of the floor. This way, IF I ever want to change anything, the entire floor is covered and I don't set myself up (or anyone else for that matter) for a future nightmare. It seems like the only right way to go about the remodel, after much thought. by Sandra posted on Sunday, December 20, 2015

What a great experie

What a great experience I just had calnlig Hicaliber to get my carpets cleaned next week. Loni is a very bubbly uplifting person to talk to and Hicaliber is very luck to have her working for them (she deserves a raise). This is the second time I am using them to clean my carpets, call them, you will love their work and talking to Loni.
